Worldline New Zealand would like to provide you with an update on our brown-out/black-out periods for this year.

Brown-Out
During this time we will only be making limited changes and closing off key project changes for the year.

Core: Brown out starts 5:00am on Friday 14th November 2025
Digital: Brown out starts 6:00am Friday 14th November 2025

Black-Out
During this time we will not be making any changes except those necessary to maintain service integrity.

Core: Black out starts at 00:01am Monday 1st December 2025 until 00:01am Monday 5th January 2026.
Digital: Black out starts at 5:00am Friday 1sth December 2025 until 00:01am Monday 5th January 2026.
